Useless Adapter Fails to Deliver

This Thunderbolt adapter promised to seamlessly connect my Pixelbook to my external hard drive, but it failed to do its job. Multiple attempts and troubleshooting didn't work. On the plus side, it did look sleek and modern. But the downside is it was a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone looking to connect their computers.

Has firmware issues

When this hub is left connected, my computer does not go to sleep. A few hours after being plugged in, it stops transferring USB traffic. USB devices are connected but do not respond until the hub is unplugged and reinserted. I am very disappointed with the quality of the firmware on this device.
