Water runs out of the machine and the coffee is not hot. Very difficult to use, not recommended, very disappointed.

Had high hopes for this machine with the advertised 20 bar pressure but unfortunately the crema didn't come out. I tried 2 different types of espresso and both tasted like coffee. The brewing time seemed very short and the coffee temperature barely reached 130 degrees which doesn't give much flavor.

I wanted to buy a coffee maker to make latte, cappuccino etc. After looking at other models, I chose this brand because it was available. . This review may seem unusual to you. This machine makes great espresso, is easy to program and inexpensive. However, my motor burned out, one motor was too weak to push water through the grinder and 2 frothers became stuck despite following their detailed maintenance instructions.
