Kleem Organics Airless Cosmetic Container Review

This is NOT a bottle of Kleem. It's very cheap and see-through! My lid is cracked and the pump doesn't even push. GARBAGE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! NOT CLEM!

Item not as advertised. The advertised item is an opaque container through which it is not visible. Cosmetic ingredients degrade when exposed to air and light. The whole purpose of the purchase was to remove the item from the jar to protect it from air and light. Which makes it useless since it's see through.

Good containers but virtually useless: These are transparent containers that do NOT protect your products from the sun or light, thereby degrading the ingredients. In addition, the lid breaks easily. If the container was opaque or tinted this would be ideal as it would diffuse the light and still show you how much product you have left.

The glass is designed to completely block light but is actually translucent. This makes it useless to me because I bought it to store an antioxidant cream and the antioxidants are destroyed by exposure to light. (Google "light effect on antioxidant stability page: .gov OR page: .edu" to see scientific research on this.) Light transmission wouldn't be an issue if I were trying to store a simple cream that just moisturizes and doesn't contain any antioxidants. , or if I would be willing to keep…

I love this airless jar! I use some of these to store skincare creams that originally came packaged in these concept rotating jars. I hate dipping my fingers in an open jar because it's unsanitary, messy and every time you use creams you're exposing them to air which reduces their effectiveness and lifespan - Kleem Airless jars eliminate all those problems! There are two durable products in my skincare arsenal. The downside: they come in pots, which is unhygienic and spoils quickly. One is an extremely thick cocoa butter moisturizer and the other is an extremely light gel sleep mask. I wanted to be more hygienic and use a large can of CeraVe Moisturizer. I couldn't find one that came with the pump but also found that even my 16oz jar was too big so this jar from Kleen would be perfect. Looks cute next to my other day/night products. First, there was no manual or written literature. It worked at first and then stopped moving up to push the cream up and out of the jar. Then I tried to wash it but the soapy water stayed at the bottom of the glass. I need this for my massage lotion/cream that I need to make because I'm allergic to all commercial massage lotions.
