It may or may not be a new tool.

I love Klien tools but am very disappointed in this particular purchase. The tool came with no retail packaging in a white bubble wrap envelope with some sort of torn/chewed promotional flyer and the set looks like it's already in someone's tool box. I bought a gray pencil with red accent curves a week ago and use them extensively and they are cleaner and in better condition than these. Just wanted them for the spring opening feature. Dissatisfied.

Pros
  • GRIPS RECHARGE in natural and artificial light
Cons
  • Nothing here

These are the 10-12 gauge wire strippers you need.

These are the correct wire strippers for 10 and 12 gauge stranded and copper wire. I am very happy that I finally bought the right tool. I've struggled with side cutters that don't easily cut hard wire or romex. I've used hard self-pulling wire strippers for small gauge wire and they're fine, but not for large AC wire. I have sharp wire cutters and usually struggle with them. I have two pairs of crappy wire strippers from my dad's collection, with a lock nut that can be adjusted to strip the…

Pros
  • GLOW IN THE DARK CLIPS for easy finding of the tool in dark or dimly lit areas
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

American quality is good for a hand tool

I bought these wire strippers to replace a cheaper foreign made product. The difference is noticeable; The jaws of the small tool close precisely and securely. When we start buying American-made goods, this is a great place to start. The price difference is much smaller than the quality improvement. And I would get ahead if I bought a small instrument first.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Eh Not what furry reviews they did.

Nothing special. It's hard to read or guess which side the wire should run from. Sometimes he would tear the wire himself from the cut. Nothing special. If I could go back I wouldn't buy them. To top it off, it doesn't even have the ability to crimp blue/yellow/red. I would pass if I were you. Don't believe the furry praises from 5 star BS like me.

Pros
  • One-year trial
Cons
  • Exorbitant price

Made in USA in Strippers

Outstanding quality! There is something unique and special about products made in the USA. One touch and you will be able to evaluate the reliability and functionality of its design and construction solutions. Raised in the Philippines before 1970 (age 14). Everything was made in America back then. The Smith, Wesson and Colt 45s taught my father how to use them for self defense. Our cars were Oldsmobile, Buick or Chevy. Technology: GE, Frigidaire, Zenith and Emerson. Back then, "Made in the…

Pros
  • Very Good Price
Cons
  • The list will be long.
