3rd time - nice, I hope

Unfortunately this one and the one in my NEW soundset were defective. I hope the 3rd on the way will work. CROSSED FINGERS

Pros
  • Too loud? Too bad
Cons
  • unreliable

Garbage. zero stars. for electrical equipment

Replaced the original Kleinn switch that came with the horn in October 2021 with this one. Continued to lose air, and here's why (see image). If it's sealed, I'm glad they don't make brake parts. So, for #3, I chose the Vixen switch. BTW, the leakage is through the electrical connectors, not the threads.

Pros
  • Sealed and potted for resistance
Cons
  • sad packaging

Unwanted purchase of Hornblasters

This is my second so haven't gotten to the new one yet. I have bought a new truck and a new set of horns from this brand for almost 5 years in the last 20 years and this time this 500 set was useless! I had to exchange this part 1 under warranty and know that 2 times in half a year. Also changed the solenoid valve twice. They used to be quality parts but didn't know they break more than they can be used. I thought about throwing it away and switching to another brand.

Pros
  • 12 gauge wires
Cons
  • Upgrades
