🔊 Klipsch CDT-3650-C II In-Ceiling Speaker (White) – Exceptional Sound Quality (Each) Review

They replaced the old Yamaha speakers I had and the difference in sound quality is insane! Much clearer and brighter, super clear and watching movies with 5.1 surround sound is immersive again!

Have used these ceiling speakers as Dolby Atmos speakers in my A/V system and the sound quality is amazing! The ability to pivot the tweeter toward the seat only added to the already excellent quality of this speaker.

Great for music and atmosphere. I measured some SPL values in REW and they matched my Klipsch R-15M bookshelf speakers. The tweeter selector cuts the highs by 3dB if you don't have Klipsch speakers that get hot.

Very easy to install, the main body of the speaker itself can be tilted inside the cabinet, in addition to a very conveniently positionable tweeter. Directing the sound to the quiet area is very easy. Much better than the old "ceiling bouncing" Atmos speakers I've used before.

Incredibly full/rich sound for a built-in in-wall speaker. I replaced two old speakers in the ceiling of the house we bought with it. The huge improvement and the fact that the tweeters can be oriented has really improved the spatial position in the room. When connected to an AV receiver, we use them as surround back speakers for video sources as well as music sources. As surround speakers, they're a bit too high quality, as the surround back doesn't really get a lot of high quality audio…

Very easy install for me but I have replaced much older similar sized speakers. Unfortunately the old speakers were a bit larger so I had to use the existing brackets and covers rather than the nicer magnetic covers that come with the kit. Sound quality is what really counts, and these Klipsch CDT-3650-C IIs are a huge upgrade.
