Based on my observations, this product is absolutely useless in terms of storing clothes and closet items. The design is impractical and takes up too much space, leaving me with less room to store additional items. The only good thing about this product is that it is durable, but that doesn't make up for its lack of functionality. In my opinion, this item is not worth the cost and is a bad investment for anyone looking to organize their Home and Kitchen.

However, the receiver mount that holds the ends of the rod doesn't actually secure them. The slop inside is there, and if you accidentally push the bar, it can pop out easily. Pole is solid. There are 2 parts, one slightly larger than the other. However, this is a potential problem with mounting plates that have "grooves" large enough for the largest of the two bars to slide on. The smaller insert/shaft has a smaller diameter and flare so the plate slot is looser than I would like.
