Awesome white elephant gift!

This was purchased for the White Elephant Office Gift Exchange and it was a hit! It's definitely for older folks and lacks more modern slang terms, but it's perfect for a good laugh!

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Expensive

Amazing joke gift: power

I work in an office with people who are much older than me and they keep complaining about "teens and their slang" so that's what I thought be the perfect gift for our white elephant exchange. My colleagues thought it was funny.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • I get nervous

Funny, maybe educational

Good. Most slang words are really outdated and not used nowadays. Definitions of some words seem to come from "outsiders". The other words listed may be true/genuine, but they are not popular enough to be recognizable in "urban" conversation.

Pros
  • Rapid change
Cons
  • Periodicity

The cards appear to be used. couldn't give

So disappointed. I have these cards for myself and they are hysterical. I bought these as a birthday present. I received them and the box was torn and the cards never had any plastic around them. I can't give, they look second hand.

Pros
  • crafts and sewing
Cons
  • old

These cards are straight off the chain

My circle of friends is mostly black, so our non-black friend is often confused about what we're saying. I gave it to her and she was very happy about it. It's funny to hear how she uses words in their awkward way. This is a fun gift for your friends who don't like slang and I will definitely take them again for other friends or just me!

Pros
  • Paper
Cons
  • are unreliable

Interesting and silly and a bit silly

I don't know why I thought it was some kind of game but it definitely isn't. I mean, that's what they say - flashcards. Some words are old and outdated and everyone should know what they mean. But reading the definition and then seeing The Whitest Bread, a cartoon description set in the Middle Ages, was downright funny - the first time. After that it gets old.

Pros
  • Paper & Paper Crafts
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
