Terrible product. We bought it based on the reviews. Big mistake. We bought this shredder on 6/3/19 and it stopped working on 9/20/19. Took all of 3 months. Now we've run out of a few hundred dollars and need a new shredder. Do yourself a favor and skip this chopper.

Bought from Revain trying to get support. I want to return the mill. He gets stuck all the time. If you try to tear open the envelope, it will get stuck in the shredder, "stick" and stop working. Reading other reviews made me optimistic, but $50 shredders work better.

Very good. However, it definitely needs improvement. The top part does not fully fit the container. It's not completely disabled, but for the money you're paying, you'll have to verify those details. It's very quiet and I haven't had any issues that I can imagine. In addition, a higher level of security must be available.

We purchased the Kolra hybrid shredder with sheeter on May 29th 2019. It stopped working on September 18, 2019. The upper did not fit properly and had to be adjusted with each use. Then it doesn't work and we have to tap on the sides and back to make it work. Nor does he throw away the number of papers he says he throws away. Be careful when you buy this. The description sounded amazing but it didn't work as advertised.

I use it in the office and am very happy with it so far. I will say that if you are sanding ultra sensitive material you may need one that cuts into smaller sections. The cross section is larger than my last one but the picture in the description is correct and I took that too. I have yet to overheat this one so had to replace the last one, we can destroy a few sheets at a time without it taking too long to load and so far I have no complaints.
