Cut into rolls inside

I was on a trip when I ordered them and when I finally got home to open them, the rolls were cut in the box. Possibly from a packaging machine. So disappointed.

Portra 800 is a wonderful film. It has a slightly stronger sky color.

Portra 800 is a wonderful film. It has a slightly bolder color palette than the Portra 160 or 400 and that can be useful in many situations, plus the low light latitude is really good. Dear Kodak! Lower the price to make it more comparable to Portra 160 and 400 and I'll buy another 800. Until then I have to admit that this film is less used although I really like it. I like all portraits.

Fine grain, beautiful appearance. Never a disappointment.

The Portra 800 is designed for use in the studio or in 2-3000K lighting. I shot indoors and my images were insanely warm. Guilty. Not a hit for the movie, just a tip if you're interested. Nice grit and so sharp! I use this film on RZ67 and ProTL 645 and love it! Nice clean warm tones, very fine grain and such a sophisticated look. :) My favorite movie, except for the price. However, it is worth it.
