These are regular soft wipes. I used a microfiber makeup sponge to compare the texture. It's nothing but microfiber; Completely false advertising. They do a good job removing makeup. To remove makeup I use micellar water to remove waterproof cosmetics Garnier. He does that very well. And the towels are soft on the face and absorb the product very easily. I think microfiber will still be softer on your face so that's disappointing.

I bought this with no hope that it would work. But they are super soft, do a really good job.
