When I was planning to gut and restore the bathroom I bought a first aid kit from Kohler from bLowes and the KID who works there forgot to tell us that they used these side panels for that require surface mounting. It didn't help that bLowes had issued a mirror with side pieces that didn't come with it, and the information on the label didn't indicate they were needed. First of all many thanks to Revane for the lightning fast shipping. I can't believe they arrived the day after I ordered them. I thought installation would be a breeze, but it took longer than I expected. Getting screws into the side panels was almost impossible for two reasons. The mounting hole is on the back of the first aid kit (about 1 inch from the back wall), so the angle to insert the screw is too delicate, and I can't even imagine how hard it would be with one human size would be hand.
