I use it for my smoothie in the morning. As long as it's a really good product, just make sure you don't have any sticky liquid inside that needs to be rinsed out immediately after use, or the liner inside is very difficult to clean. So I changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars.

Benefits: - Easy to clean / Dishwasher safe - Fits in car cup holders - Smoothies don't leak. The only thing is that the drinking cap sits on top of the bottle and if you drink from it without a straw it can easily fall off and you're now having breakfast on your face.
