Deal CarPlay Best Autoradio Receiver

Perfect for my needs. I tried to be a little creative and it turned out well lol. I recommend using the auxiliary audio jack as the FM transmitter will be making a constant sssssssssssssssssss in the background. But overall good value for money!

Great if you're not wearing sunglasses!

I was really hoping that this unit would add Car Play to my car at a reasonable price. The device was very easy to set up and connect to my phone. The biggest issue I had with this screen is that it cannot be used with polarized sunglasses (the screen appears black even though the sunglasses are black). There were some minor quirks that I could live with, but since I couldn't use these during the day I ended up returning the block.

Think carefully about what you want before you buy

. Sometimes there are problems connecting to the phone over a wireless network, but in general it's not bad. I think the price is too high given the cheap looks, limited features and lack of a rear camera connection. I did my research beforehand and knew what I was getting. So I wasn't upset about it at all. That's what I wanted. Cheaper and easier than installing a new stereo just to play in the car.

DO NOT BUY if under $75

Very cheap. I've been looking for a device with this functionality for years, but I'm waiting for the best. For the price, I expect a slightly better fit and finish from such a simple device. - The touchscreen is ok, but looks more like GPS devices from the mid-2000s than modern smartphones. Android Auto Wireless works well, but can't connect Bluetooth directly to the car's head unit. It would have been nice if cables came out of a recess on the back rather than the side. has no file system…

An easier alternative to a new car stereo

My wife and I have cars that don't have CarPlay and have been damaged from rentals. Thanks to CarPlay, we realize how cool it is. I requested this for my wife's old 2010 Kia Soul, which doesn't even let you stream music wirelessly via Bluetooth (phone calls only; it's so old). We plan to trade this car in for a newer car at some point and don't want to buy an expensive new radio. This product seems like a good compromise if it does what it says on the tin.
