KOOV Stackable Ceramic Serving Dish Review

I like the pasta/salad and cereal bowls but the colors were slightly different for each type (I bought light blue). That's the only reason they didn't get a 5. To be clear, all the cereal bowls were the same color and all the pasta bowls were the same color. I'm keeping them because I'll probably never use them at the same time. I cook oatmeal for breakfast in the microwave and the plates don't get very hot.

I did not expect such a heavy bowl. Beautiful and versatile. I tested it in the microwave by placing 1 cup of water next to it and heating on high for 1 minute. It was neither warm nor hot. So far, so good. I am suspicious of ceramics that are not microwave and dishwasher safe. Previously had bad experience with another ceramic bowl from another location. I thought my dishwasher smelled bad and it was from the ceramic bowls. Throw it away and it no longer smells.

I love these bowls. I've had a set of similarly shaped Williams-Sonoma bowls for years, which I use for one-plate meals and also as serving plates. Unfortunately they all cracked or broke at some point and I've been trying to find the same shape and size for several years without success.
