🩳 Kosh Kids' Downstream Toddler Shorts - Boys' Clothing for Style and Comfort Review

Design flaw: These shorts are designed for 4-5 year olds who are new to knitting. They are too loose and the strings are loose and fall off. If I tie strings, I put my little one at risk of going to the bathroom at school. The belt needed to be tighter so the shorts could be worn without tying the drawstring.

I like that it looks a bit like a one piece short but it's a lightweight fabric so my son feels more comfortable. And the elastic waistband is good. I ordered two different pairs for different colors and they have held up well through the wash. I had to use it as a bathing suit once and as the fabric wasn't too heavy it worked well.

Love the gray design with a little sailor/pirate motif that we ordered for our 6 year old. But the lace is pathetic so we sent back the second pair we ordered. The drawstring is the only way to tighten the shorts (which is super important because he's a pretty skinny kid) - but they only left about an inch and a half of extra rope, making it nearly impossible to tie and untie!
