🎧 Koss Porta Pro On-Ear Headphones with Microphone and Remote Control, In-Line Mic, Touch Control, Collapsible Design, 3.5mm Plug, Black/Silver Review

I was very happy to get the Koss Porta Pros version with a mic that allowed me to make calls AND listen to good quality music. The latter applies to this product as well as to the original Porta Pro; However, my microphone stopped working after a few days. Unfortunately, the microphone component turned out not to be manufactured to the same impeccable quality as the rest of the device and I ended up having to return it. I might try again in a while, but I can't recommend it yet.

I hope Koss keeps making these as they're still a great choice for in-ear headphones. Sounds great without isolating you from the outside world. Mine have been abused in the time I've had them (about 6 months I think) and they wear just as well. At first I was concerned because the folding mechanism looks a bit spindle-shaped. I have two sets of Koss Porta-Pros and both have been game changing. I HATE headphones or other earbud devices. They make my ear canals itch, burn with pain and my anxiety goes up a notch. I don't think I'm allergic to silicone/plastic, but something is wrong. They are amazing in that some ambient noise can still be heard. I've had a Porta Pro for years and have always used it on my laptop. I just got a new one with 3 pin (audio only) a week ago and it doesn't work on my samsung j6 cell.
