They are great and many clothes can fit in each cube! They are very strong and durable! Customer service is 100% fantastic! I bought them about six months before I had time to assemble them and found I was missing a few parts. I contacted customer service to let them know and asked if they could send me the missing parts and they did so with no questions asked and gave me no problems because I bought them well before I had assembled them. +++++++ in my book! Update:: It is not strong for heavy objects. The assembly is relatively simple, I had to read the second manual that came with it because the more detailed manual was a bit too confusing for me. But after disassembling it, it was easy to put back together. I can't comment on the durability yet as I haven't used it yet. It is not easy to assemble and not rectangular. We watched the video guide and literally followed it. No matter how hard you try to make sure there aren't any gaps, the gaps will form themselves and they won't line up so the doors are far away. Some have big gaps, some have narrow gaps, and some don't fit us, so they don't open and close properly. It's not strong at all, the panels are thin and vinyl. I was afraid to buy this product because some reviews said it was weak. I wanted to try it anyway because of the storage flexibility. I like it. I can store a lot of things in it. I like that this one is deeper than the others. It's nice where I have it. The only thing I don't like judging by the photos is that the doors don't close fully. Make sure you use the zip ties they give you. I went and bought heavy ones.
