Why did I return such a great product? I liked all the features mentioned in other reviews but from day two it was a complete mess. I wish I bought it sooner! This thing is amazing! I usually use it as a dryer. Since the dryer works great, the dishes dry well, take up less space and drip straight into the sink. It looks good enough to leave. If we don't have a lot of dishes, I usually fold them back so most of the sink is available when we need them.
