No idea what the smallest copper O pressure washer does. The flat oil filter will not fit without loops. Bad production? This kit is really unnecessary as the screens can be cleaned. Save some money, clean out your existing screens and just buy a chopper and filter.

The kit I received is not exactly the same as the photo. My kit included a flat panel (not shown in the Revain picture) that didn't fit in the flat panel housing. So I decided to use an old flat screen. Otherwise everything else in the kit worked fine. By the way for 990.

I agree with the guy who wrote the only 4 star review. I bought 3 of these kits and none of the flat oil screens fit properly. I'm pretty sure it's made for the 950 engine (not the 990). Or just bad mold? I have a 990 SMR and it's close but doesn't fit right. All other parts - 5 stars. I paid a whopping $38 for this kit which is a lot for such poor gear.

Great kit for my 2008 KTM 990 Superduke! Replaced all my screens, o-rings, gaskets and 2 breaker discs. The last remaining breaker disc I believe is for the oil jet which I have yet to replace. I think a special tool is needed to extract it. Considering that this kit includes all of these replacement parts (including the oil filter itself), the price isn't actually that high. Can't wait to do it again at the end of the season!
