Worked fine for about a week. Used twice a day for home schooling. I sent it back and ordered another when I only got a bad model. I will update the rating when I get 12 months of random use.

We just hooked up the bell and started testing. The second time we called he just stopped. Now he doesn't call at all. I'm assuming it burned out. Broke on the first day. Completely useless. Cannot get a refund. Totally demolished.

Don't waste your money. The block does not protect itself from a complete failure. Mine flared up on day one because if you don't hear the bell ring it will self-destruct in less than a minute. Extremely bad technology and possibly a security risk. Mine ended up in the trash a few hours after delivery.
