I'll be taking photos soon. I have this installed on my Yakima main rods via 2 Mightymounts 39H. On the back side, I ordered a ForkChop rear compartment assembly (8880754) and it's great! So far this is the only solution to mount a 20mm axle on a fork without one of those ugly adapters. Plus it's cheaper. I will run my kevlar cable through the rear wheel/swingarm for safety.

If you install the device higher than the rear wheel, it may not work. I installed this on a tool box for my truck. The front fork is on top of the body and the rear wheel is on the truck bed. The shape of the caliper doesn't allow me to use the fork up as the caliper rests on the top of the toolbox. If they had made the bracket 10mm higher it would have worked. I recently got a new road bike with disc brakes. I didn't even think about how to install it on my truck until I bought it (the old bike had standard rim brakes and fork dropouts).
