Description of Red Kuhn Rikon COLORI Non-Stick Serrated Paring Knife - 4 inch/10.16 cm Blade with Safety Sheath

Perfect for slicing tomatoes and other soft fruit and vegetables, as well as bread, croissants and baguettes. Lightweight knife features an ultra-sharp, hand-ground, long-lasting, Japanese stainless steel blade. Non-stick coating releases food from the cutting surface for easier and neater chopping. Easy-to-grip handle contours to the hand for maximum comfort. Matching sheath allows safe storage within kitchen drawers and is great for use outside the kitchen (barbecues, camping, on vacation etc).

Favorite knives in the paring knife category

Kuhn Rikon are my favorite knives. These are really the only knives I use in my life right now. The price is great, great value and easy to hold.

Sharp but too short

I have knives from the same brand and I can't stop admiring them. I bought this extra but found the knife to be too short and cut my fingers every time I used it. I sent the knife back.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Only available in black

Best Grapefruit Knife

For some reason, this type of knife is great for slicing half a grapefruit for breakfast. My $40 Damascus steel Japanese paring knife can't compete. If you love grapefruit for breakfast, buy this knife.

  • There's something in there

My new favourites! on Paring Knife

I am very picky about my knives and these two are great. feelings just right. They are so sharp and the scabbard helps a lot. I'm surprised to report that I now have two new favorite paring knives. You will not regret this purchase.

Carving knives are top notch!

came earlier than expected! The packaging was sealed but opened easily. The knives became sharp immediately. Light weight, easy to hold, control and manipulate. The tomato cuts quickly, cleanly and easily without squashing! Very good knives!

It's very light but cuts through many foods like butter.

I bake a lot and my husband likes to cut food into small pieces. He likes this knife so I bought two. I didn't have the color I wanted, but the red one looked lovely too. We often use them for snacks. They are sharp and coated to protect your fingers. Great little knives for both of us.

  • I have no aversion, everything is fine
