Pros
- I like how easy it was for our customers when they called in, or had questions about their payment plans/contracts with us (the customer service reps) to be able to see what we offered instead of having them go through each one individually! It's such an inconvenience if you have over 100 different companies who offer similar services as yours!! Also some fields are not required by other providers so sometimes clients can get confused which
