Nice! in Arts, Paintings and Crafts

Beautiful nativity scene, colors show up perfectly on my computer. I was very satisfied also because I used it for much less money and it is like new in its original packaging. But I've dreamed about it for a long time ;-) It's very cute, the faces are exactly as shown. It's even a little more compelling in person.

CAME BROKEN: Drawing

We were given for a wedding. It came straight to our door and we just opened it yesterday to decorate our house for Christmas. I was so afraid of something breaking that I made sure we were very careful with the placement. When we opened the box we found that a ton of roof had fallen all over the box. Opening it a little further, we found parts of arms, heads, and hands. I was so excited about this gift and that it will be in our new home. I would love it if it were packaged better.

I would not recommend this series of negatives.

This item has been returned. I was looking forward to a great Christmas set under our tree. I was disappointed that the stand itself wasn't balanced well enough to stand on its own without falling over smaller pieces of the set. It felt too narrow at the base, as well as a heavy top for good stability.

Good design and workmanship

I bought this Christmas set as a gift when it was on sale. I have a Christmas set that I bought at Walmart for less than $10 during the holiday season. I bought this set from Kurt Adler on sale for just over $15. Compared to Walmart this is very good quality and well made. The facial features are well formed and other details and colors are good. I really liked the gift.

Disappointed

The photos of this cave on the internet are very attractive. I was drawn to the soft colors and detailed facial expressions. However, I was really disappointed when I saw the set in person. The colors are striking and not painted as well as I expected. Mary's nose is disfigured and the quality of all the details leaves a lot to be desired. For the price I've seen on other sites I wasn't expecting such a cheap set. I'd be embarrassed to give it away so I'm sending it back. ETA: Revain has…
