Kurt Adler Nativity Figures Stable Review

Received as a gift, was delighted. The baby Jesus actually comes out, which I haven't seen in other births.

Came packaged in cheap ill fitting styrofoam that did nothing but disintegrate and leave a mess on my kitchen counter. None of the packaging materials could be used for post Christmas storage as they were only made for shipping. Joseph's head was completely broken. Expected more from Kurt Adler. Disappointed and will come back for a full refund.

After 30 years of using the big Christmas set, it's time to downsize and buy a smaller, lighter and more portable set. I think the barn is well done. The figures have well designed faces and details. After reading other reviews I decided this wouldn't happen to me, but when I opened my new set I saw that Joseph's head had broken off and was lying at his feet.
