I liked the minimalist, sleek look of the clip that came with the biker's touchpad. bolts through the ends. Does what it's supposed to and still looks good. kenstone

These are good mounts and very easy to fit but one of the two I ordered was defective! The pivot on one of the mounts was not flared at the end. This allowed the pen to slide right out of the holder and hit the ground. The other mount was flared at both ends and the pin could not be pulled out.

A common problem with older EVO's with modified air filters is oil splatter on the sides of the bike. I wanted to change that, but I needed a way to mount the oil separator and this mount did exactly what I needed. The only problem was that my latch was right between the grommet and the mount bracket, so I added a thin strip of rubber in place of the grommet. Works and looks perfect

I didn't give 5 stars because like many other customers I thought I would buy a pair of these clips. They are well made but a bit overpriced. I would probably look at other options if I knew the price is for one clamp only. Now I have to put off installing the headlights on my bike because I still have to order a clamp. It should be clearly stated when ordering that you are ordering only one clip.

I needed a way to hold 2 fuel pumps in the tank for a turbocharged car I'm building. Walbro 450 has a diameter of 39.7 mm. and since they ran with either a 39mm or 41mm fork I used a gas rated rubber stock to eliminate the difference and I solved my problem. The construction is very robust and reliable. I liked how the clip is hinged and locked with a flush screw and then screwed down with a second lock. This comes in handy as the Walbro pumps quite loudly.
