Nice air purifier, I love it. BUT note that you will need a support bracket, which is NOT INCLUDED. I only wish it had been noted so I didn't find out in the middle of work and had to wait while I waited for the $34 bracket to appear.

Type and design of the air filter. The only problem is that the bleed ports are plastic. The plastic lasted 3 months and that was it. Switched to Brasswork after being told that Kuryakin was aware of the issue and was working on a fix. Easy repair and took less than 2 hours shopping.

3000 miles since install no problems to report. With the right carb setup and free exhaust I get more MPG compared to the stock and a lot more power. Tech Tip: Take more time to properly connect the vent hoses, you will need to match the connectors on the back of the case and the hoses. If the breather hoses appear twisted or kinked, they can be pinched while driving and cause excessive coughing.

Initially I really liked the look of this air purifier and given the price and previous reviews from people I decided on the Kuryakyn Mach 2 and compared it to other air purifiers from well-known manufacturers overpriced, this one does the same for a reasonable price. What you can't tell is how far it sticks out. I fitted it to my 14 Breakout and couldn't easily get around it to reach the brake pedal. If you have footpegs and an extended pedal this might be fine, but I had to return this item as it sticks out so much. I ended up with a Roland Sands Blunt air purifier, which cleans much better…

I bought this for $235, brand new, boxed, no missing parts, free shipping, and put it on a 2003 xl1200c. It was easy to install and came with pretty clear instructions. I know some buyers have stated that the air filter sticks out too far. I have the feeling that not only does he not stand out very much, but quite the opposite.
