I am satisfied with this product and use it daily. The phone is held securely in a case, the case is made of soft plastic and protects well. The cord stays the length I laid down.

So far so good. I wanted my phone to be tethered to me without the worry of dropping or losing it. I happened to see this in a K-Drama. Looked at and found Revain. Very happy.

A friend had something similar but it cost around $40. So it looked like a theft. "You get what you pay for" seems to be the best way to describe my experience. It was a good two weeks in which my cell phone was always at hand. Then one day it fell apart. Got lots of compliments but wasn't meant for everyday use.

The quality of this case is too cheap. It's too thin and flimsy. I didn't think it would provide enough protection for my new iPhone 11. I also thought the way the straps attached to the case was ridiculous and broke easily. You shouldn't take this job. I bought 3 other cases for $10 and they were really great quality compared to this one. This case is terrible.
