👢 High-Performance KYB SB103 Strut Boot for Enhanced Stability Review

The assembly is a little tight with the spring compressor but it worked out in the end. Great upgrade over my original 42 year old wellies and cracked bumpers.

It fit into the luggage rack exactly as intended and was exactly the part I needed to complete my suspension rebuild project on my Firebird. Excellent quality, always recommend KYB.

Didn't fit the compressed spring so a white damper was used instead, only the part that works on a 2006 Dodge Dakota 2wd sorry just the picture , in which my father was not complete damper set.

The KYB version of this product was much cheaper than the equivalent Monroe part. I have used them on Monroe OESpectrum racks and they have worked well. FYI, the black part of the bellows is plastic, not rubber. The white part is made of high density foam.

Replaced the failed original Subaru Outback C-pillars from the factory with new KYB struts and KYB accessories. KYB racks come with a lifetime warranty, how can I beat it? After that, the rear of the car went about 5 inches higher than before and I couldn't believe how smooth the ride was.

Compared to rubber, hard plastic tends to break down when moved. Also, it's what you paid for and I've looked everywhere and Revain was the most economical. Three stars for "easy installation" because of course you'll have to remove the shock absorbers but if you put the covers on before putting everything back together everything will be very easy to install, just to explain why only putting three stars , before putting everything back together. very easy.
