I like these knives but wish they could stay sharp longer.

Love the thin blades and the fact that they are really sharp but dull after a few weeks. I've tried a ceramic knife sharpener but it doesn't work very well. Be careful as the blades will break if you press too hard. Regardless, I will continue to use them.

Pros
  • Ultra sharp blades made from pure advanced ceramic last up to 10x longer than steel blades
Cons
  • I'll text back

Peeler and knife work great

I had another Kyocera peeler that had been used for a while and needed replacing. I like that the ceramic blade doesn't rust. I had a couple of steel bladed knives that worked fine when they were new, but my wife didn't bother drying them and the blades got rusty. The knife was a pleasant surprise. It was very sharp and stays sharp.

Pros
  • Essential kitchen tool set for kitchens and beginners at home priced at
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Ramon Flow Kitchen & Dining Razor

The first razor lasted a year and a half before it broke in an accident. My mother said it's for the best. She refuses to work in a kitchen that doesn't have this knife. It's very sharp, much sharper than other knives I've bought from Revain and stays sharp almost indefinitely. The vegetable peeler was free as the price of a knife was the same compared to a knife and a vegetable peeler. The thing is really versatile. We use it for everything from peeling and slicing fruit to making aโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Perfect for any prep work in the kitchen Cleaning or cutting
Cons
  • Style 90

Extremely sharp knives

Extremely sharp knives! I appreciate these ceramic knives from Kyocera. However, you should not just throw them in the sink, otherwise they can break off. I always clean them carefully. I have had about 6 of these knives in the last 5 years and I always replace them with knives of the same brand and size.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Can hardly be repaired

Very light Suitable for kitchen utensils and appliances

They are surprisingly light compared to metal bladed tools. Exfoliation works very well. The knife blade is very sharp. I cut into panels when using. The knife edge is rounded and blunt. The first of these knives I received had the tip snap off when someone tried to open a jammed can with it. This is for cutting only. According to my Bais Dean they don't need a tavila as they are all ceramic with plastic handles. This was very helpful to me as our local Keili Mikvah was closed during Covid-19.

Pros
  • Good build quality
Cons
  • No
