Love the thin blades and the fact that they are really sharp but dull after a few weeks. I've tried a ceramic knife sharpener but it doesn't work very well. Be careful as the blades will break if you press too hard. Regardless, I will continue to use them.

Extremely sharp knives! I appreciate these ceramic knives from Kyocera. However, you should not just throw them in the sink, otherwise they can break off. I always clean them carefully. I have had about 6 of these knives in the last 5 years and I always replace them with knives of the same brand and size.

They are surprisingly light compared to metal bladed tools. Exfoliation works very well. The knife blade is very sharp. I cut into panels when using. The knife edge is rounded and blunt. The first of these knives I received had the tip snap off when someone tried to open a jammed can with it. This is for cutting only.
