Overpriced and Dangerous

My analysis OF this product showed that not only is it way overpriced, but its also incredibly dangerous. The ceramic blade is incredibly sharp, which means it can easily slip and cause serious harm. Plus it's not even that great at cutting through tough vegetables like carrots - I had to apply a lot of pressure just to get it through... Save your money and stick to safer options for your home and kitchen..

ripped and broken after 4 weeks!

I have had ceramic knives for many years and I really like them. I had a 4.5 inch ceramic knife for literally 12 years before it had a tiny chip on the tip. This 4.5 inch Kyocera utility knife is a HUGE disappointment. I've only used it on veggies and only on a cutting board. It broke off at the top for the first few weeks, then the large central section broke off before it was a month old. I cannot recommend this product.
