These abrasions live up to their name. When walking on tiles, they leave black stains everywhere, especially when the floor is wet. I have a white tile floor in my kitchen and I'm constantly stain cleaning. You have to use a different material for the soles.

I read the reviews and ordered a size up and they fit just right. I like the sole of the shoe, very comfortable. But the upper is very stiff and stiff. I had similar slippers and the leather was much softer and more elastic. That's why I gave "average" rating. I don't hate them, but I don't love them either, I'll live with them until one day they wear out.

This is a gift from my husband for the New Year. Not true to size. My husband is a size 9.5 and I bought this based on the reviews. Didn't fit comfortably. I gave this to someone in my household as a gift. So the top has held up perfectly after 15 months. But the bottom is a little smaller. The desire is that the tread is slightly larger at the bottom to allow for longer normal wear. Now the bottom is mostly slippery-slick and a bit of the heel edge is completely worn away. I wish I had to replace it already, the top is still great.

I wear 12D shoes. I ordered them from 14EEE. You are too small. These supposedly extra-wide slippers are narrower than decent in width "D" (medium). The length corresponds to the correct size 12s. While the slippers look great they are very similar to my dad's slippers but putting them on and weighing them down was a sobering experience as the soles were very hard and not cushioned. I was NOT expecting slippers that are meant to be comfortable and relaxing to come back.
