Great idea, bad execution.

The liner is terrible. With difficulty finds his thumb and sticks it in the sink. I'm assuming they're defective as one looks a little worse than the other. My daughter finds them annoying and every time they are removed I have to move the thumb area and reposition it relative to the sink. Forget it once they get wet. The sleeve is a great idea, wish I had one as a kid but other than that these are the worst mittens we have. Big disappointment.

Pros
  • Stylish and attractive pink mittens are ideal for young girls: they look fashionable and keep you warm.
Cons
  • May be too tight or too loose on some children's arms

Great find.: my review

I bought these gloves for my granddaughter and she loves them. They keep it dry and drain water. Great. I always recommend them for children.

Pros
  • The mittens are equipped with a waterproof insert that does not let snow or moisture through and does not get children's hands wet.
Cons
  • May not be as waterproof as advertised

Okay, but the cuffs aren't insulated.

It would be nice if the cuffs also had insulation. The sleeves start to slide down leaving only the cuff to keep hands warm. A thin piece of fabric is not enough.

Pros
  • This is the best for the kid who likes to take off their gloves.
Cons
  • Only one of the mittens had a tight-fitting elastic band around the shoulder. Otherwise these are good gloves.

Large! my opinion on my rating.

I love how they go over my daughter's hands, it took me a few times to learn how to place my thumb in the right spot, but you'll have it with any glove/mitten!

Pros
  • Great design - they are too big for my 18 month old daughter but I love using them when she is older.
Cons
  • May be too warm for mild winter weather

Fur isn't the best

Fur. cases. Too much. Too early. Now you know that mittens with longer cuffs that go under the snowsuit and reach to the elbow work much better, but try them first. I think if your kid isn't going to play much but will just stand and catch snowflakes with their tongue then they work great. Also, the velcro was bad. It didn't work like it should/could.

Pros
  • Mittens are easy to clean and care for, making them a convenient choice for busy parents.
Cons
  • May not be viable for families on a budget

Warm mittens that wear very well

I bought these mittens for my 2 year old daughter because we couldn't find a pair of gloves that would keep her hands warm or that she couldn't just rip off. We simply attach the glove clips to this end and the other end of her hat scarf and she holds them with no problem. Her hands are also always very hot, even when playing outside for over an hour in freezing weather. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs them!

Pros
  • The medium size makes them suitable for people of all ages, saving you money by buying multiple pairs of mittens as your child grows.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for children with sensory processing disorders or hypersensitivity

Expensive but good product!

Expensive but it's so nice to have gloves that are easy to slip on wrists and forearms and slip their fingers into! May not be durable enough for frequent use.

Pros
  • Very good
Cons
  • May not be strong enough for frequent use

NOT WATERPROOF best in my rating

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! They are useless and end up in the trash. My child's fingers got wet and cold every time they wore these mittens.

Pros
  • Perfect for winter sports, snowball fights and other outdoor activities, these mittens offer the protection and comfort your little ones need.
Cons
  • May be too bulky for some kids

Not fully waterproof

Seemed like a great product until my son's fingers got wet from the snow. These gloves do not appear to be fully waterproof.

Pros
  • Fantastic ingenious design... clearly a parent saw the need. THANKS
Cons
  • Terrible mittens. They are not waterproof

I think they fit great considering it's very hard to find perfect gloves, especially for toddlers. I love how long they hang on my arm and seem to keep my boy warm.

Pros
  • These gloves are easy for my little one to put on. Still, he manages to pull them off, which is why I gave him 4 stars!
Cons
  • It's ok, not worth $20.

No more snow up your sleeve or mitten!

Highly recommended! This is my 3rd purchase for my 3 grandchildren - they really work and no more whining to get back in too quickly! LAUGH OUT LOUD!

Pros
  • These mittens are guaranteed to keep your child's hands warm and dry so they can enjoy winter activities unhindered.
Cons
  • Can be easily lost or misplaced due to small size

My mind is not warm

These are not warm mittens. Thin and doesn't feel very well insulated. I bought these because they were cheaper than other elbow pads I usually buy but went back and paid extra for a product I like.

Pros
  • These mittens are great for little hands and arms!
Cons
  • Not suitable for all hand sizes

Prevents snow from getting on your wrists/jacket.

The best mittens! I wish I had found these years ago! They stayed in my child's arms while he sledding and playing snowballs. No more snow on your wrists. Keeps the hand warm, seems water-repellent.

Pros
  • L-Bow Kids Mittens are strong and durable ensuring you get the most bang for your buck.
Cons
  • May not be commercially available in all locations, online purchase only required.

They seem quite easy to put on and the long cuffs seem...

We haven't used them yet but they are exactly what I was looking for for my 21 month old. They appear to be fairly easy to put on and the long cuffs appear to be waterproof.

Pros
  • Stay very healthy although you must wear a jacket. when they fall
Cons
  • May not be warm enough in extremely cold temperatures

Excellent quality! in my opinion

Bought three pairs in different colors for grandchildren aged 5 (size medium), 8 and 10 (size large). The medium and large for an 8 year old are perfect, but the large for a 10 year old might be palm length as the sizing says it should fit a 10 to 14 year old. This pair will be fine this year, but there is no room for growth. Other than that, I love the design and construction!

Pros
  • The best part is that my toddler can't take them off.
Cons
  • Don't stay and stay warm

Hands down the BEST gloves for active toddlers

We found this brand many years ago and have been buying them regularly for our kids ever since! These last pairs are for our little ones and they are simply the BEST way to protect their hands and wrists from snow and keep them dry! Love! Highly recommended!

Pros
  • They are made of 3M Thinsulate Cold Weather material, which keeps children's hands warm even in the coldest temperatures.
Cons
  • Children may find it difficult to put them on and take them off by themselves

Fur isn't the best

Fur. Fell. Too much of. Too early. Now you know that mittens with longer cuffs that go under the snowsuit and reach to the elbow work much better, but try them first. I think if your kid isn't going to play much but will just stand and catch snowflakes with their tongue then they work great. Also, the velcro was bad. It didn't really work the way it should/could have worked.

Pros
  • Outerwear
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged

Warm mittens that hold up very well

I bought these mittens for my 2 year old daughter because we couldn't find a pair of gloves that kept her hands warm or that she couldn't easily break. We simply attach glove clips to this end and the other end of her hat scarf and she holds them with ease. Her hands are also always very hot, even when playing outside for over an hour in freezing weather. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs them!

Pros
  • Gloves, Mittens and Lining
Cons
  • High Price

Perfect for babies - they keep you warm

We love these mittens! Our baby, now 21 months old, has been using these gloves (2-4 years old) for a few months now. The long sleeves ensure they stay in place and keep your arms warm even on cold New York winter days. She enjoyed playing outside for over an hour and would have stayed longer had the temperature been in her teens. Gloves are difficult to fit into the sleeves of a coat, but it's worth it. We wish there were more fun unisex designs like baby small sizes or more color options, but

Pros
  • outdoor activities
Cons
  • boring packaging
