We haven't used them yet but they are exactly what I was looking for for my 21 month old. They appear to be fairly easy to put on and the long cuffs appear to be waterproof.
- Stay very healthy although you must wear a jacket. when they fall
- May not be warm enough in extremely cold temperatures
