Great experience with a staffing agency - especially recruiting for our agency!!

I have worked in Recruiting for over 20 years now as both an agency recruiter/employer consultant (both sides) so this was my 2nd "job" out there! My first job had me working with candidates who were searching from outside companies looking into opportunities within their current employers - which made sense because it's what they are already doing when you recruit them away!! Professional Agency That Cares About Your Needs

We had used another agency in the past for my previous employers but they were only using us as "fillers". This allowed the agency and their staff some personal creditability against me, which was very unethical behavior; especially from an employment recruiter.
