I targeted these wheels because the brand had become recognizable and a soft wheel was recommended for the terrain. However, at 210 pounds and a game in the playground, the wheels started to crack. Definitely should have used a slightly harder compound.

I have to say I was disappointed at first because we got 8 76mm wheels instead of 4-76mm and 4-80mm wheels. However, I emailed them the next day and within 72 hours we received the missing 4-80mm wheels. There was no contact, they just fixed it right away! No questions. To me, that's great customer service! The wheels themselves are perfect, excellent quality. But the customer service is not to be commended! Feel free to order from them! Thanks very much!
