Great bag but bad service. I have to return the bag as it is slightly larger than I need. I bought a smaller size and had to return the larger one. The return bill cost me $6. That's six dollars for a $15 item that weighs less than 1 pound. Unacceptable return fee.

This is a GREAT laptop top bag if you have a Dell Inspiron Gamer series laptop - in my case I have the 7000 series and this bag fits really perfectly - Gamer series laptops are beasts and I couldn't t I couldn't find another bag here or in the wild that fit the laptop - this one - was reasonably priced and easy to pick up and easy to take with me - other bags - I took this thing and it just slipped out of my hand - It's no good when you have an expensive laptop and you walk out the door.
