Lacis Needle Threader Extra Fine Review

It works but breaks easily if you put both thread and wire through the needle. It was great for a while. But I would buy it again.

I needed a needle threader for size 26-28 tapestry needles and this tiny wire almost does the trick. This works, but with some of my needles it can be a little tricky to get two strands of embroidery floss through the eye. However, it did not break even though it was slightly bent. The worst thing is putting them through a new DMC needle eye. They are SMALL and I worry about the wire breaking every time I use them. So far, so good.

Have been using it for over a month now and have no complaints. At first when I pulled the thread through it made an audible pop and I thought I broke the wires. But it lasted for over a month through multiple daily streams. Saved me a lot of trouble with those tiny needles used for cross stitching and beading - my eyes are getting old! A tip, when pulling the thread, only pull about 1/4 inch with the needle threader, then pull the rest without it. You just want it to go. Much less drag and…
