🚲 Lamin-x Glossy Bicycle Frame Tape Guard for Enhanced Protection and SEO Review

I used this on my Santa Cruz Bronson XX1 CC and followed the directions. Assembly to the bottom frame took about 5 minutes. Protects my bike from abrasion of the truck mat surface. I would buy again! In my photos, the bubbles are my fault, not the products. It was good enough for now, so I stopped tweaking it.

Good. I'm a little crazy about finishing my bikes and recently bought a sweet apple colored carbon fat bike. This has been used. but mostly "like new" except for a very annoying almost fatal scratch on the top tube. I bought this product to protect and enhance the finish. This is a diamond clear. Solid protection. I will buy more.

Bought a carbon fiber frame mountain bike. Sounded good before the first ride. The sound of loose rocks on the downtube and even the bike being dropped on the ground raised concern about the clear coat chipping. Lamin-X rides easily and offers little maintenance for minor chips, scrapes and bumps in normal riding. Ideal. The shine is almost invisible on the bike. Unless you look very closely, it's hard to tell where Lamin-X was applied.

This is a great product. Its price is competitive compared to all other frame protection kits and this one covers many more functions. All you need is water, installation is very easy and once everything is taken off, the corners won't peel off. I work in the bike industry and install Lizard Skins frame protection kits almost every day and it's a constant struggle to keep the twists and blisters out. I am new to mountain biking and found it important to protect my new bike. Top tip: make sure you have a heat gun (or hairdryer) with you when applying. It really helps with corners and glued edges. If you notice imperfections or a lot of bubbles during installation, just take it off, repaint it and start over. Really impressed with the quality, easy installation once you read the instructions and maybe watched a few youtube videos before installing. Comes with a precision blade, small water bottle and wiper for easy installation. I recommend a large ruler to help cut the foil straight, as well as a tape measure. First you measure your frame and cut a piece to fit. Make sure you cut the corners with scissors and make them rounded so they don't snag or pull in the future. Then clean the frame where you
