I received it and tried it right away. It turned my Estee Lauder cleanser into a wonderful foam! I used about half what I normally use and got enough lather to wash my face at least 4 times! I didn't know if the foam would last from morning to night or the next day, so I gave it a try. The foam deflated and separated from the water a bit, but re-inflating the remaining foam inflated it back into luxurious foam! I Maybe you are doing something wrong or using the wrong facial item? Doesn't work for me. BUT I will buy a facial liquid instead of a cream to see if that works better. At the moment I'm only giving it three stars because of my experience with the cream. Liquid seems to work better than cream and I really liked the difference. I gave it to my daughter and she loved it straight away. Changed my three to five.

Wow. I don't wash my face without it. I add two drops of my very expensive laundry detergent. Using a little less water than recommended and two drops of dish soap on the indentations in the top, making sure to pump the plastic top until it thickens. It's amazing and you don't have to worry about using a blower and it's been so helpful. Found on Zabrena's YouTube channel!
