Great craft that's easy to make. But the included needle is too small for the thread. Buy another needle that you can thread, or self-tapping needles. It calls for three threads, but x can be small. I think it's better to work with 2 threads.

I bought this cross stitch because I wanted something light. The instructions are simple and the kit includes everything you need to learn cross stitching. I really like the thread organizer because it keeps the threads in order. I can easily put this set together and maybe buy more to teach my kids how to knit.

They say it's good for beginners and kids. When I looked at this kit, there was no way. The pattern is applied to the fabric, but not in color. The fabric is just what you need, not the cross stitch material to help beginners cross stitch. Then the crosses are very small, something that a child or a beginner cannot easily do. I think the lack of cross-stitch supplies doesn't help them transition to regular cross-stitch.
