Excellent value for money

This lens, combined with the 28-75 and 70-300, has been my go-to shooting gear for a while and I don't think I'll be changing for many years. The only real issue here is a little chromatic aberration, plus it has good build quality, great image quality and is VERY small for a full frame lens. Filling in the area is highly recommended if you enjoy shooting with zoom lenses.

Good lens but optical quality is limited

This is a very well built lens, feels solid and is actually a little heavy. There are no complaints regarding the processing quality. Optically the lens really suffers at 10mm as the quality around the corners isn't what I think is optimal. While it's true that you can set focus to infinity for ultra-wide-angle lenses, that's not always the case when shooting indoors, and not being able to know I've got perfect focus is a real disadvantage. Ideal for A7III: Camera and photo

I love this lens! I hooked it up to my a7III and sometimes use it on my a6500. Sure, it's not Zeiss glass, but you'd have a hard time noticing much of a difference at such an ultra-wide angle. Incredibly practical, with a huge field of view (10mm, full frame!) and a very handy zoom. There are a few minor things, but just so you know what to expect (no big issues): 1. The focus/zoom/iris rings are quite small and stiff. 2. The click-off switch is a little difficult to operate and feels…
