Didn't mean to give a bad review but the customer service is so bad I had to tell everyone what service to buy. Everyone and the whole woman love the bag and I would have given it 5 stars but then again they contacted me first and started a conversation accusing me of leaving a bad review. I thought it was a faux leather wallet but it's a thick fabric.
