This chic diaper bag features 17 total pockets - 10 internal and 7 external - including two insulated bottle pockets, a felt-lined valuables pocket and an easy-access "parent pocket" to keep mom and dad's essentials within reach. Each Itzy Ritzy backpack diaper bag includes coordinating stroller clips and an easy-wipe changing pad with "head" and "toes" printed on the inside. The changing pad has its own zippered pocket on the back of the bag, providing extra cushion. The Boss Backpack features rubber feet on the bottom to help keep the backpack upright and to keep the bottom of the bag clean. This modern diaper bag can be carried by the built-in handle or worn as a traditional backpack with comfortable and adjustable straps

Ok so I will be upfront and say it, I think I might have a diaper bag problem, lol. I love the organization of it all. All the pockets, a place for everything, I love it. I’ve had bags from all kinds of makers, in all kinds of designs, in all kinds of price range. Each I’ve liked for various reasons, disliked the same bag for things I felt they lacked. Stylish diaper bag with so much storage!

I absolutely love itzy ritzy products! I for the longest time wanted a small backpack but having two children under the age of 4 I figured the boss bag was probably a better idea because more things to haul around. My 4 year old is just a change of clothes, a cup and snacks but I have an infant that needs a lot more. For only $40 more I decided to get the boss bag. Did not stand the test of time. Update: replaced.

I purchased the matching bottle cooler, pacifier case, wipe case, packing organizers, clutch and stroller caddy. The bag is easy to clean and I love how well this diaper bag is organized. However.I do not like that this bag was over $100 and the zipper has completely torn away from the fabric. I never overstuff the bag, It's only been used lightly (I never even put it in the bottom of our stroller).I've reached out to Itzy and I'm hoping they offer to repair or replace the bag. LOVE! Spacious for my opinion

As a mom and teacher, I am constantly going through bags. I LOVE my Itzy Ritzy bag. I used to use the Triple Threat version, but I needed something that was convertible from diaper bag to teacher bag. I waited for a long time to purchase this, and I wish I had done it sooner! I love that the whole front unzips all the way down so that you can get things in and out without having to unpack the entire bag. The best diaper bag!

On baby #3 and this is the best diaper bag I’ve ever purchased! It’s so cute and holds so much! The storage is endless. It’s not bulking and I love the leather. Easy to keep clean!

Missing tassel. Annoying

Very big bag! Can’t wait to use it. Kind of bummed it didn’t come with the cute little tassel for the front of the bag though.

Love this bag. So many pockets and works great with packing cubes. However I knocked off a star because I’m afraid of damaging the fake leather and because the inside smells awful. I have sprayed with linen spray and left outside in fresh air and it still smells

Weak magnets on my review.

Obviously this was my first choice bag with all the great reviews, despite the expensive price tag. I'm glad I bought it early, I am Disappointed in the overall quality of this bag, the front pockets use magnets to "close" but barley come together.I'm imagining everything falling out of those pockets, making them useless.
