Epic failure of a simple concept that a high school student in a carpentry workshop could have done better. The legs were not machined properly so they crossed the threads when trying to screw in the threaded posts. A threaded post had no threads at all, so it was effectively a three-legged table that would fall over with any weight, let alone a computer monitor.
