Looks great as advertised and feels comfortable. But as some other reviews point out, it's small in the hand, although otherwise quite snug (if you're aiming for a snug fit). It seems pretty small. I'm afraid of either tearing it up or cutting off circulation by trying to roll up my sleeves like in the picture.

I am very picky about uniforms. If a shirt hangs to the edge of my back pocket or is too loose, I either tuck it in or leave it in the closet for years. Even though this shirt goes "almost" to the back pocket and isn't shaped "quite" the way I like it (being a skinny guy), I still love it.
