This is an excellent product. Although The Laundress has mild detergent, I prefer it for washing all my bras and most panties. Really removes dirt and sweat. I use this in my washing machine and use laundry bags to put my bras in first. I then use the "delicate wash program" of my washing machine. I bought this product to remove odors from my workout clothes and it worked VERY WELL. My regular detergent (Tide) didn't work. The clothes still smelled after washing. I had to wash my gym clothes separately in vinegar and then wash them with detergent: wasteful and time-consuming. THIS PRODUCT WORKS. I would recommend and buy again. The scent of this product is strong, almost artificially fresh. Odor isn't a problem for me, I'd rather smell too fresh than the lingering smell on my clothes from previous workouts. According to the label, I use the recommended 1/8 cup (I don't measure with caps, which is another option but not as easy as using a measuring cup) for a typical HE washer load.
