A very nice feature of the 3-4 color lighting. I just wish there was an on/off switch because when I sleep at night I prefer the dark; but the function is great.

I bought this for my child's room as he has a CD of lullabies that he enjoys listening to and I thought I could use it instead of a night light. Unfortunately this is not suitable for this purpose as the LEDs on the speakers cannot be configured to do anything other than rainbows when the player is running. I could return it, but I'll probably just disassemble it and remove the LEDs.

This small Lauson Woodsound BB22 CD player with speakers works well with regular CDs but homemade CDs don't work at all. The volume is not too loud when turned all the way down, but can be connected to another stereo system or other speakers via the mini jack. There is also a radio with antenna and it can also run on batteries.

The $9 alarm clock I bought at Walmart over a decade ago has better sound quality than this thing. The aux plug works when it wants to. I might have gotten a broken one, but the light is annoying, can't be turned off or adjusted, and doesn't even flash in sync with the music. He does what pleases him. Garbage. He's not even good enough to call crap. At least at some point in their lives, trash served a purpose. This thing sucks from day one. Pure garbage. I don't know why I even ordered this…
