We returned the Keurig Rivo which has had 3 problems in less than 2 years and we have used it. I love it! Easy to use, we have a Secura frother that we love. Capsules are a lot cheaper than Keurig (50% smaller) and contain a lot more espresso. Both machines together cost a little more than the Rivo, but they're worth the money and take up less space, not to mention better espresso and cappuccino. I reviewed Italian Decaf Coffee after our trip to Italy. This is a great little car that was used in a house full of people during the Thanksgiving holiday. They made Americano no worse, if not better, than down the street at Starbucks. Like most Italian items the machine can be a bit finicky, once it has fired 8 shots the tray needs to be emptied to get rid of the flashing red light.
